Malcolm Fisk works at the interface of people and technologies – championing the need for product and service designs that are ethical, inclusive and empowering. He is widely published with extensive international experience and enjoys visiting positions at the Open University and Univerzita Hradec Králové.

Significant is his leadership of European Commission funded projects to develop a code of practice for telehealth services (now an international code hosted by ISfTeH (International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth); and address the adequacy of standards around ICT and active ageing. Recent expert and advisory roles include NICE, Welsh Government, ANEC and the European Commission.
