Mr Terry Whalley, Delivery Director, NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board

Terry Whalley is a senior Programme Director who has, over the last few years, led the creation of business cases that enabled major investment in diagnostics including tackling CPE in a hospital trust and establishing pathology networks in two different Integrated Care Systems. He was one of the national Pathology Incident Directors during the pandemic response and led Integrated Care System (ICS) level Covid-19 testing and vaccine delivery programmes. Terry is currently working with a couple of Integrated Care Systems on a number of transformation delivery programmes.
