Mike Saunders is a public health registrar and clinical fellow on secondment to the HCAI, Fungal, AMR, AMU & Sepsis Division at the UK Health Security Agency. He obtained a Masters in Public Health (Dist) at the University of Nottingham and is a Member of the Faculty of Public Health. Prior to this Mike was a paediatric registrar in the East of England for five years working in acute paediatric, neonatal and community healthcare settings. He is interested in antimicrobial use and infectious disease in paediatric and neonatal populations.
