Neutropenic sepsis: prevention and management in people with cancer

NICE has decided not to update its guideline on neutropenic sepsis (Neutropenic sepsis: prevention and management in people with cancer)

But will amend recommendation 1.2.1.1 about fluoroquinolones for prophylaxis of neutropenic sepsis, adding a link to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) Drug Safety Update on fluoroquinolone antibiotics
