Reducing the threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) remains high on the national agenda.

Health Education England (HEE) is expected to take forward a prioritised programme of work, in support of the Government’s ambitions to commission projects to fulfil specific education and training gaps in AMR.HEE have set up an AMR Innovation Fund to encourage and support initiatives that will contribute to workforce development in this area, through education and training, particularly around behaviour change with evidence of outcomes.
