The Educational Workshop series is jointly hosted by the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (BSAC), Healthcare Infection Society (HIS) and British Infection Association (BIA).

The topic this year was Bone and Joint Infections. Through plenary lectures, case presentations and workshop discussion, delegates heard about the latest developments and have the opportunity to share their experiences/expertise and discuss common and rare issues faced in every day practice.

These increasingly popular workshops are open to microbiologists, infectious disease consultants, scientists, pharmacists, infection control specialists and other interested health professionals working in the areas of infection prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
