The continued spread of SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19 has led to this decision, with Trustees feeling that cancellation was in the best interests of all concerned – speakers, delegates, staff, exhibitors, and the wider community.

Education and events are central to what we do as a Society, as they offer valued opportunities for networking, and the exchange of knowledge and expertise. To this end, we are looking at how we can harness the best of what was an outstanding programme, and provide resources and presentations to our global community of members and stakeholders.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this announcement might cause. As such, we have agreed that the following support will be given:

• Refund on all registrations
• Full and further information to all faculty
• Notification about the remainder of our 2020 events in due course
