Executive Meeting Room, Board Room Style
Capacity 8 persons max
Projection, web and teleconferencing facilities

Hire charges
Council Room
£250.00 per day inclusive of AV and self serve tea, coffee and bottled water throughout the day

Executive Meetings Room
£125 per day inclusive of AV and self serve tea, coffee and bottled water throughout the day

Tele/web conference facilities: £20.00 per hour plus £15.00 set up charge for web conference file

Buffet lunch from £9.00 per person

BSAC Members receive 40% discount

  • 10 minutes walk from Snow Hill Station; 20 minutes walk from New Street Station
  • Indoor/outdoor parking available on private car park adjacent to BSAC building. Permits from BSAC @ £3.00 per day
